On the RZR Pro XP and RZR Turbo R 4 seat models we do away with the factory 3-piece design and go to a 2-piece driveline. This gives you less parts to break and wear yet still have a smooth driveline.
Description:
Perfection Driveline specializes in building one of the strongest prop shafts on the market for UTV’s. We have been in the driveline business for over 30 years so we are not just a machine shop or just a welding shop. We are locally well known for our quality and customer service and carry that over to the RZR driveline division as well. We began to try to perfect the RZR driveline ever since they released the XP Turbo models in 2016. After years of trial and error and lots of testing, we have came up with the strongest driveline that can physically fit into a factory chassis. These have been tested against the most brutal conditions. Several racers on the east coast have been running our driveline in the offroad hill climbing series such as SRRS and Outlaw series, these guys really give them a beat down and prove the strength of our driveline.
Measuring For Custom Length:
****Measurements need to be taken off the chassis itself. We can not go off of the driveline that was pulled from the machine.****
Front Shaft
Measure from the center of the roll pin hole on diff to center of the carrier bearing mount.
Rear Shaft
Measure from the face of the flange on transmission to center of the carrier bearing mount.
It is also important to note the amount of clearance on either side of the carrier bearing as our set up uses a much larger than stock slip and stub at the center. On full tube chassis builds we like to put the slip and stub on the rear shaft right behind the carrier bearing. If you are concerned with clearance please let us know and feel free to send photos. If we need to we can put the slip and stub on the front shaft on the front side of the carrier to accommodate clearances.

Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on carrier bearing and u-joints and lifetime warranty to original purchaser on the driveshaft itself on our RZR drivelines. It does not matter if you were racing or abusing your machine. Please contact us if you need to file a claim or have any questions about the warranty. Warranty does not cover labor or and colleterial damage.
